I love Dunkin donuts coffee and there food is really good. The only problem i have is they get my coffee wrong alot i want my sugar melted. Other then that I'm good
This is the fastest dunkin in the area dispite being very busy. Everyone who works there is amazing.
I went there this morning, they were not even busy and the girl on the window was so rude. It’s not the first time this happens. They play around on the headphones and don’t even get the orders right, when you correct them, they get upset and starts to yell. Don’t plan on coming back! Horrible place!
Went there today... They are so skimpy w their hot chocolates. Any other place will make a sm w whip cream in a med styrofoam cup. They also messed up my drink and when i went inside i walked right up to the counter the girl ignored me and when she asked to help the next customer i asked her to remake my coffee she said i should wait in the line. I told her i already waited in drive through and was going to be late to work. She told me i should of gone back around in drive thru... Then another came and so kindly made my coffee without hesitation. Mind you I've worked at dunkin and that is not customer service at all. So they lost my service. Plenty other dd in the city!
The manager is great. Some of the staff are great.
