I just purchased a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Fortier’s Auto Sales and Service and the entire experience deserves a A+ grade. The owners (Bob and Justin) clearly value their customers and they take great pride in the cars that they sell and service. I did my due diligence and researched Fortier’s before purchasing this vehicle and nearby Jeep dealers provided top-notch approval as Fortier’s name is highly respected. (I traveled over 150 miles from my home to Fortier’s Auto Sales & Service to purchase this vehicle after driving to other dealers within a 200 mile radius of my home to find my desired vehicle.) During the pre-sale inspection of items in the Jeep that needed to be fixed, Fortier’s not only fixed these items, but also completed a top-to-bottom inspection to fix other items that they felt should be fixed before the Jeep was ready for my pickup. I was originally hesitant about purchasing a used vehicle, but as I listened to Bob and Justin explain their personal inspection process and details of my vehicle, I knew I was in very good hands and I could drive the vehicle away feeling 100% confident in my purchase. I highly recommend Fortier’s and you will notice their personal commitment and dedication within minutes of meeting them. I called seeking an estimate and the lady was rude who answered the phone. She said she didn't have time to look up the part and labor then hung up on me.
In the last 12 months I had several issues with my SUV from leaking radiator, breakers that I had to replace everything and some strange noise while driving on and off. Drove to Fortier's without appointment explained to Justin my problem and leave the SUV there and every time they offered me a ride home. I would get a call from Justin the same day or the next day explaining what they found wrong with my SUV. And I just say go ahead fix it. I always get my SUV back fast and I never went back to complain about the same problem they just worked on. This shop is awesome the Fortier family is nice people to deal with.
Cars are well maintained and all have car fax. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I've bought many cars in my life and I've never been more pleased with the service. I had a problem in the beginning with my transmission these guys went through the car and ultimately changed the transmission. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this establishment and if I ever need a car or service I will use only them. A special thanks go out to Bob Kathy and Justin.
