I did the normal checks across websites to see how the experience was. I saw all the 4 stars and thought it would be a good choice. I was WRONG!!!
So my 3rd and final appointment (yes it takes 3 appointments to get to where you actually get something done! Cleaning first, then the "consultation with the doctor" and then the work" ) and on this 3rd time, i Specifically called ahead of time to make sure there were no more "emergency" and Kristina again assured me they would call to give me an hour to an hour and a half notice if they would be behind, but assured me at that moment he was very much ahead of schedule... well apparently 2 hours later that Changed because as i'm 20 minutes away - as they state in their policy they require 48 hour ahead cancellation and 15 minutes early for the appointment - I get a phone call that they are magically behind and cannot take me at my Original time booked.

Needless to say i had Enough and told her I wanted to sign the waiver to get my xrays from them (a flimsy paper print out with tiny pictures) and when I arrived... she was the most despicable human I had ever met. I asked her which tooth he planned to work on that day and she proceeded to say "she wasn't a doctor" and she "didn't have the liberty of saying so", although when I called that second time to inquire about the Micro cavities, they were all practically MDs talking about how This incisor was this deep and need this and that... But now...they have no power. It ended ugly and I would Never Ever recommend this whole office to anyone. It was a true horror story that deserved this novel and I would be Concerned if I was him and had staff that talked to people that way...
My first visit, I took time off work to do the appointment... I sat for an hour for the nurse to tell me he took an "emergency patient" that he wasn't finished with and that I need to reschedule. Her name was Kristina and she was entirely rude (and that wasn't the first time)
I dont personally know this man or anyone he knows, I didn't grow up in this city just moved here a few years ago. This is truly a review of the Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office.
Next time, I came in and went Straight through...except I laid in the chair for another 30-45 minutes to see him running back and forth between patience after what appeared to be a smoke break... He proceeded to tell me I had 5 cavities by the end of the appointment, so I sought a second opinion. Those were "micro cavities" I clench at night so there were some divots, but i was told they were in no way close to harming my teeth... I called back to make sure I was only getting the tooth that needed repair done, and the receptionists were like Saleswomen trying to assure me that they can be dangerous and I should consider getting them done. - By the way as I walked out of this second visit...the girl who was sitting there when I went in, was still sitting there and was not happy!
After having a botched root canal by an Army dentist in Oklahoma, I came here to have a crown done. Dr. Steinhof was able to fix the root canal and set me up with a nice crown. I will continue to come here for all my dental needs.
