I bought swissflex prescription glasses here and they broke. I called to see if I could have them repaired as they were almost 600 dollars. They said no as it was over a year. I expected to pay for the repair but they said it could not be done. I had a prescription from my eye doctor but since it was a year and a half old (my eye doctor said it was good for two years). I called Visio Optics on Harvard Street in Brookline and they could not have been nicer. They take prescriptions up to two years so I ordered new glasses and they sent my broken swissflex glasses to be fixed for only 65 dollars so I will have backup glasses.
