Not even worth one star. My prescription was so off and she was very reluctant to fix it to where she claimed that she could not fit me into her schedule. The office missbilled my insurance for my annual exam and never sent me a bill. Two years later, I get a bill from a collection company. After calling to dispute, the receptionist hung up on me and did not let me talk to Dr. Iman ( No, I was not being rude. I remained calm the entire time. I work in customer service, so I know being rude gets you no where). Because I received my letter for collection (from 2015) extremely late, I was not elligable to dispute. My entire family went to get our exams here and we are all on the same insurance policy. I was the only one billed for the same procedure (clearly a mistake). I know have expensive glasses that I can not where and a ding on my credit report that will last 7 years. Horrible

What a great eye doctor. The whole staff is very kind, and Dr.Ali explains everything, you don't feel rushed. Any time I have called with a question she has returned my call within an hour. Dr. Ali makes you feel very comfortable, and not to mention how smart and educated she is, Just google her name.
I highly recommend Dr. Ali for eye care. She is more than trustworthy and is a good patient advocate. She will talk to her patients at any time.
