I just bought a new phone (Moto G+ 5th) and needed to hook up my SIM. Salesperson Teresa approached me, understood my request, and accomplished the task quickly. She was courteous and stood with me as I wasted her time admiring the Samsung S8 which I had no interest in buying. I've been there before for every phone upgrade and the experience has always been great.
No wonder why they go through employees and managers like crazy. They are scammers.
