All the girls here do a great job...very friendly.
The customer service was top notch, the reason for the low score is due to the stylist not coming close to what I asked for. I presented 3 photos of me with the cut I desired and even verbally explained the style and yet still failed. I guess you have to be very specific to the point of redundancy.
Went in on a busy Sunday and the three people working looked right at me didn't say anything to me. Two other people walk in and the girl at the front station asked for their names.
Granted, I have perhaps the easiest hairstyle known to humanity, but they always do a great job. In addition, they seem to have the perfect amount of staff and clientele, there's always someone else there, but I never have to actually wait.
