Needed urgent appointment from a Dentist and Receptionist checked with Dentists there and Dr. Venigalla accommodated us and provided excellent care. Staff and Doctors here are great and they provided exceptional service. No complaints on this facility.
Incredibly clean building and exam rooms.
A team member in the lab department seemed a little out of place with his "wish I was somewhere else" attitude, but did his job, so no real complaints there.
Ive been on the phone on hold for about 10 minutes and they say we are important but if we are wouldnt they want to answer the phones quicker?
If I could give it 0 stars.....your family deserves better than this. The girls who work there are rude, condescending, irritable, miserable people who aren't trained well enough to provide healthcare for small woodland creatures, much less human beings. If you decide to get emergency or short term care here, expect lots of ridiculous attitudes from obese, smoke smelling, burned out frizzy haired nurses. Real healthy, right? Most of them are under 35 but look 55. They have some Ice Queen Stepford Robot Clinical Director that will put the clinic before the patients in any instance you are unhappy with your care. They are inadequate at handling medical concerns and dismissive towards their patients and, you should never come here for reason. I'd rather bleed to death in the parking lot than have one of these shark faced shrews tend to a sick me. It is sad that we allow these kinds of bitter, hate-faced people to work in the medical field. Most of the doctors are borderline criminals that have board complaints and malpractice suits on their record from other states, (google your doctor/ nurse practitioners license number in Fall River, this is a MUST) or a bunch of newbies fresh outta school that don't care how you feel and think they know your body better than you do - they are just working here to pay off their college debts and credit card bills, and not because they care. Just demolish the place and send these people back to being diaper changers in the nursing homes. That's really all they're qualified to do, and would probably screw that up, too.
The staff is so friendly I thought I was the outsider of an inside joke. Lol
They (the pediatric department) are very knowledgeable and straight forward.
