Friday night and my order came as promised in 30 minutes. To the second. Very satisfied with the service of this location. Driver was very pleasant and professional, food arrived hot and correct as ordered. Beverage arrived nice and cold, no complaints whatsoever. 100% satisfied customers over here. Keep up the excellent work!!
So if you are looking for awful customer service who constantly gets orders wrong has absolutely zero pride in what they do then you are going to love this papa johns. Also the people that 5 stared this place and said great employees has to be the employees themselves writing a fake review cause this place is a train wreck from start to finish.

Pizza was terrible... Light on toppings, light on sauce and undercooked. But the driver locking the door, and then calling us to tell us it was locked was enough for me. the door is never locked, and I am disabled without the use of my legs. Won't be calling back. N. E. Pizza driver did the same thing. Drivers are getting lazy, I guess.
Do yourself a favor don't let this place ruin your day/night order from somewhere else literally anywhere else!
Honestly this is the worst establishment I have ever been to. My second experience there started off by them putting me on hold for over 15 minutes I had enough time to finish off my errands then drive all the way from Swansea to fall river and place my order in person, the entire time i kept telling myself "man this place must be swamped if I'm on hold for this long" I pull into the parking lot and theirs not one car there no customers inside and the girl behind the counter is just kind of hanging out, i then place my order asking her for a larger garden fresh pizza with no cheese she then says back to me "No cheese right?" she tells me about 20 minutes it will be ready, the entire time the phone had to go off a good 10 to 15 times where she would slowly stroll over to it and pick it up and instantly tell people to hold and never go back to it. 45 minutes later she hands me the pizza i open the box and there is cheese all over it. The lady behind the counters name was Star I'm not sure if that's her real name or just some kind of sick game that shes playing to see how many one stars she can get because she honestly is out of place working there.
