This Taco Bell is far and away the best one in the area. I always get friendly service at the counter and my food is always how I expect it to be.
We just went thru the drive thru and they messed up our order. We noticed while still at the window and asked them to fix it. They told me sorry but they would not fix the mistake they made. Always a poor experience as usual... guess it's time to find a new place to get food at night.... rediculasly poor service.
The cashier was very nice and took my order accurately. There were a few people ahead of me and I still got my food in a timely manner. Staff was really polite and all of my food was made correctly. Place also looked very clean when I entered the building
They were impolite and mixed up 2 different deal boxes i got and could not figure it out and crammed both orders into a bag and then forgot what goes in either. I had to go in to get the missing items. It was a very unpleasant experience and they lacked skills for a fast food environment and then unprofessionally bickered at eachother for 10 mins while i sat and listened to this occurrence on the 7pm shift today. Perhaps some retraining and organization, and professionalism should be established.
Walked in and booths are filthy. Took our order right away but the cashier only heard half of my order. Then noticed about ten people ahead of us waiting on their food. So waited 20 minutes for mine and my husband had to wait another 20minutes for his. It's a wonder they could hear anything with stereo blasting. Go to the one in Dartmouth. 1000/00 better. Cleaner and alot more accommodating. Surprise hasn't been closed down yet
