Bought our Eskie from there and the dog is wonderful. The staff in knowledgeable and really cares about their animals.....
Friendly and very helpful staff. They seem to only work with responsible breeders, and take very good care of their puppies. They also have birds, small animals, and they have an amazing selection of aquarium critters and supplies, both salt and fresh water.
I often visit this location, and although their fish selection is nice, the customer service is awful. The young girl who is usually in charge has nearly no people skills. On my most recent visit, I was ignored for 20+ minutes while waiting for her to finish her conversation with a regular. I ended up walking out empty handed, and didn’t even get acknowledgement after standing next to her waiting the entire time. If you want to be treated with an ounce of respect, I’d suggest trying the Warwick location.
I have always received very good service from this petshop prices are good and the staff is also very nice ,willing to help .
The dog that greets you at the door is the sweetest thing. Staff can answer any questions you have. And they have a big assortment of pets and supplies!
