Contacted manny multiple times only to have my time wasted. There's one property I have been calling for and getting everything they needed to prequel. They have been playing phone tag with me ever since ontop of which I missed his phone call by one minute and I called him right back only to be texted ill call you later here we are 4 days later.
Manny was recommended to my husband by a co-worker and we can't begin to say how much we appreciated that referral. It was our first home buying experience and I don't think we could have done any better. I can't remember one time where we called no matter what time of day or night that we didn't get an answer or a call back within a reasonable time frame. He was very knowledgeable and very well connected in the community. Almost a year later, we've reached out for recommendations for a handymen, fence installation, etc and he continues to never disappoint. Never felt that he was untrustworthy in a business where your guard is always up. Would absolutely recommend and use him again in the future.
