went in at 8am appointment to have my muffler/exhaust fixed and waited over 3.5 hours when the work is less then an hour (i had the same work done on the opposite side 2 months ago at another place)several people came and left and i was still waiting. when i asked for updates after 2.5 hours i was told they were not told i was waiting, but i asked how long was the wait after the first hour and half and was told they would be done soon. i was very annoyed but i kept my cool for the same reason your polite to servers at a restaurant. when they finished up and i went to pay the same man that checked me in was so rude and never apologized for the wait. then to top it all off instead of politely handing me my recite he tosses it down on the counter..smh..TERRIBLE customer service. im very disappointed. i will never go back.
