Well i think people should not eat here cause its a matter of time before you get sick. I hope not but its matter of time before somone gets food poisoning.

I understand bussiness is tough for them up there and thats why he pays us dirt cheap, but if he changed some things up and wasn't so cheap things could be better. If you hire the right people and run the bussiness right way things could look up. Its hard working there when the owners don't care about the bussiness and want to sell it. Complain everyday how they dont want to be there. Well its hard for your employee's to put in the afford when the owner's dont want to be there and don't care about anything.

After receiving a unsatisfactory sandwich my husband called and was promised a replacement sandwich. When I went in that next night to get the replacement sandwich the owner not only refused to give me a replacement, he put his hands on me and my belongings, insisting that he had the right to physically remove me and my belongings from his private property(which by the way a public restaurant is not private property it is public property) and NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TOUCH YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR PUT THEIR HANDS ON YOU! I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM AND REGRET NOT DOING SO! MY PERSONAL OPINION IS DON'T BOTHER EATING AT OR ORDERING TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY FROM A PLACE THAT AN OWNER WOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!

We do more then just delivery. We fold the pizza boxes, cut pizza, sometimes cook, deliver, fill dressing, through trash out, sweep, mop, prep food, clean, and ect for only $4 dollars a hour. We get know food for free. When we want a break especially when we are doing a double he complains and we dont get paid for it. Then. When you go for your check you always have to check your time card cause he's always taking money from our time card. Coming up with fake things to scam us money and hrs.

The soda at times are expired and i tell Lui this cause i am always rotating them. He Says just put them to the front. He will still sell that expired soda. He will also sell expired chips and anything else for that matter if he can get away with it.

He will hire anyone without a background check what so ever. You have drug addicts, criminals, homeless people and ect working there.

The worst place I've ever been to. I can't believe they are still in business with the way they talk to you! It was soo much better when the originals owners owned it on Plymouth Ave their food used to be the best in the city. Now you can tell they use tomatoes from a can to make their sauce. Oh well I guess I'll have to stop at Big Tonys in Providence its worth the travel.

The chicken wings are bought .99c a pound with feathers and stuff on them and they need to be cleaned. My motto in life is spend money to make money. If you buy a better chinken customers will pay more and be happy.

I couldn't believe that I seen a mice run from the kitchen all the way to the bathroom! When I told the manager he was very rude and said I was seeing things. I told him that I wanted my money back because I wasn't going to eat food with a pest in the building and he said "all sales are final" I will NEVER spend my money here again!

We ordered food for delivery at 845 PM and nothing was delivered. My card was charged, and I received an email confirmation stating everything was all set. From 930 to 945 I tried calling both of the numbers listed, and not once did I get an answer. The numbers lead to an automatic message that says "Memory is full". I live only 5 minutes from this restaurant, so I drove down there and low and behold they were closed at 950. But it was like they had been closed for some time, however they are supposed to be open until 10PM. I have never eaten at this restaurant, and it seems like I never will. This is not acceptable.

The condiments like ketchup, mustard, rach and ect are left out in 80 to 100 degree temperature for sometimes 12hrs and then put in the cooler. When they are half empty they are refilled up, so the bottom half is never used. The squeeze bottles are never cleaned either.

I hope that Vazonis can read this and take it seriously and make some serious changes before the bussiness goes side ways. It's matter of time thoose doors get closed.

There pans that they cook the pizza in are put in a box and once cooled then wiped with a black greasy rag. I have seen food fall on the floor and be picked up and served to a customer. When washing dishes since the owner is, so cheap he wants us to save the dirty water then wash dishes with it. I would spend as much time as I could when he wasn't there complaining about all the water being wasted, that's when i would wash the dishes properly. He wants the dishes washed quick with as least amount of water and soap as possible. He could care less if dishes where put away with food still stuck to the dishes.

I worked here 2 months and a week. I left after giving them a letter that i wanted to quit and with some other info. I pulled through this week and i just could not continue working at a place where every week my pay is getting shorter and shorter cause of random reasons by the owner when i dont even work with him. His wife tells him that i worked these hours and to pay me for them and he just takes time from different days just to cheat me. Also this place is Very unprofessional work place and its unsanitary. The boss degrades employee's and is very bullying. There are mice and mice droppings all cross the store and know one seems to care. I tried cleaning this the best I could, but as much as i did the next day there was more. The owner Lui Dosn't do nothing about this. I only lasted the 2 months cause his wife is very nice and it's sad that she Dosnt have any say in anything. Cause i believe the bussiness could be better off in her hands.
