Consistently cancel/delay flights last minute without notification or update to their terrible website.
Airline itself is muddied by frequent delays and cancelations this summer

NO-STARS! Don't bother calling because noone will pick up! And if you actually get through don't bother leaving a message...NOONE WILL CALL YOU BACK!!
I will never use this company again! They are dishonest and do not respect the passenger. Seats are small and impossible to sit in because They want you to pay 68 dollars more for a decent seat. I tried to upgrade to executive class and they would give me no credit for the 400 dollar seat I had just purchased! They wanted me to pay 875 dollars for a new seat Boston to Lisbon and would give me no credit for what I had just paid. They wanted me to throw away the money for the economy seat and buy a whole new executive class seat one way for$875. What kind of upgrade is that? Avoid this company! They offer cheaper fares to lure you in and then hit you with many fees and do not refund tickets and they do not tell you these things upfront.
Horrible experience just trying to get someone on the line. Everytime.. I dont get it.
