I always receive excellent service. All of the employees are polite and courteous, with a hint of whimsy in their eyes.
If you're looking for a grocery store that refuses to accommodate customers with disabilities, then Shaw's is the place to be for you! Despite repeated phone calls and emails to management and corporate, they still have yet to (A) respond and (B) make changes with their staff (one person in particular -- Nancy, cashier) who wears so much perfume it triggers me and others who suffer from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) with respiratory attacks. 20+ years as a customer and this is how they repay their customers who develop disabilities. Staff is nice prices are on the high side not a great selection I probably wouldn't ever go here if it wasn't on my way home from work... Deli is kinda funky too. Poor meat selection as well not crazy about they're bakery either. Generally just blah.
Great smaller store, I don't care for the mega stores. Too hard to find things. Awesome staff! So lucky to be in close proximity to it.
Store was messy and the stickers for the prices were messy and some just missing all together. After getting what was advertised on the circular, the iteam rang in wrong it took 30mins to fix tge problem and except my coupons and then recieved an apology for them being wrong !
