Got locked in because it turned 10 o'clock while unloading. I was never offered 24hours access. I had to leave my uhaul and call a cab.
Courteous, small for the price but reliability and security makes me measure it at 4 stars..

Samantha was nice enough to put a rush on my unit so I can move in early. Informantion that was given from Samantha and Carlene was of satisfactory.
Reserved storage space last month and told them I may not move items in until one week after start date... They said this wouldn't be a problem... Was told on arrival that they had given my space away because I didn't arrive on start date.
