Richard who works there is been very rude and unneeded additude towards me trying to pay my bill that is $84.90 I was trying to pay my bill that's in my hand and he's trying to get 99$ and change for a bill that's not mine. So I decided to wait till the morning to speak to Terrance Mellor "who has been an Angel" for helping me to keep my belongings by working with me and allowing me to pay my bill in full. So i will go in with my bill and fully pay MY BILL THAT I HAVE IN HAND!! Unneeded additude from Richard not good customer service. Sorry only person I have met that wasn't there. I personally rented a unit here. They were courteous and friendly with many units available. Would rent from them again. Very spacious.
Prices are fair, employees are tough but understanding. Things tend to be broken here, and it's not worth the 24-hr access. Lots of homeless and garage activity.
