Came here today at 1:00 my server was Makayla. She came to my table and didn't even introduced herself she also didn't give me the specials or even talked about the specials didn't ask me how my food was or if she could get me anything else really disappointed in customer service. I will not be coming back here I spoke to the Manger he didn't even care to take care of my bill. This is why some people go out to further to eat. It's been 3 yrs since I stood away from this place so now I know why I didn't come back in a really long time. Please save ur money and eat else where. Do not go here. The wait staff is to busy talking to each other and the kitchen doesn't get the food done right. If your not getting the wrong food, it comes out cold or both. Three chez burgers, shouldn't take over 40 minutes; Especially when Theirs only 5 tables occupied. Very dissatisfied. I give no star's
I was there for my birthday. Employees surprised be by singing a cool happy birthday song when the gave us the desert. Special greetings to Adam, trust me: he's the best waiter in Massachusetts. He's so professional and so honest when he smiles at you or asks you if everything's ok. Sadly I didn't take pictures of the place and meals.
Have gone a few times, wasn't please with the order mess up with the pick up option, tried again sit in with my family and Had a wonderful hostess which I wish I could remember Her name because she was excellent. But overall if it wasn't for the mess up on pick up I'd give 5 star!!!
Wait time for waiter, and food was extremely poor. Sat down with my party and had to wait 20min to even get a menu to look at. Very slow. Received dirty menus, dirty plates, dirty cups, dirty spoons. Never eating here again
